At Teqbot, we stand behind the quality, performance, and reliability of our products. That’s why every Teqbot Smart Switch Module comes with a 3-Year Limited Warranty, effective from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use, including:

• Non-functioning or defective switch modules.

• Faulty internal components or connectivity issues.

• Inoperability despite correct installation.

• Firmware-related failures (in app-controlled functionality).

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, or tampering.

• Modifications or repairs by unauthorized personnel.

• Damage due to power surges, short circuits, or electrical overloads.

• Physical damage (e.g. broken wires, burnt boards, water ingress).

• Natural wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or aging of the product.

• Compatibility issues with unsupported appliances or installations.

• Any issues caused by use contrary to product instructions.

Warranty Duration

• 3 Years from the original date of purchase.

• Valid only with a proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Replacement & Repair Policy

If your Teqbot product is deemed defective under warranty:

• We will offer a free replacement or repair.

• If the product is out of stock or discontinued, we may offer an equivalent alternative.

• You may be required to ship the product back for inspection (shipping assistance may be provided on a case-by-case basis).

How to Claim Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Email us at hello@teqbot.in with:

   • Your order ID or purchase invoice

   • Description of the issue

   • Photos or video (if applicable)

2. Our support team will guide you through troubleshooting and next steps.

3. If approved, we’ll arrange for repair, replacement, or return logistics.

Additional Notes

• Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• Products installed by unauthorized professionals or improperly modified are not covered.

• This policy is subject to change without prior notice.

• Teqbot’s decision on any warranty claim will be final and binding.
